Job Summary: Professional responsible for food sanitation and pre-preparation, salad assembly, juice and snack preparation, assistance in dish preparation, as well as meal replenishment and distribution, and sample collection. Assisting in dish preparation according to pre\-established menus and technical specifications. Replenishment and restocking of products at meal distribution points. Meal distribution. Collection of samples from finished products. Temperature measurement of equipment and products.
