Job Summary: Professional responsible for sanitation, pre-preparation, and assembly of food items, with a focus on salads, juices, and snacks, as well as assisting in the preparation and distribution of meals. Assembling salads and preparing juices/snacks Sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils. Sanitizing and pre\-preparing vegetables. Assembling salads according to the established menu and technical specifications. Preparing juices, snacks, and breakfast items according to the established menu and technical specifications. Assisting in food preparation according to pre\-established menus and technical specifications. Stocking and restocking products at meal distribution points. Distributing meals. Collecting samples of finished products. Measuring temperatures of equipment and products.
