Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and proactive Styling Assistant to support the styling team in creating, developing, and executing footwear collections. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting the styling team in developing collections. 2. Organizing and categorizing samples and materials. 3. Communicating with suppliers and maintaining internal controls. Present in 21 states, with over 360 stores, CONSTANCE serves an average of 200,000 customers per month and sells 3 million pairs of footwear/handbags annually, making it the fastest-growing franchise in Brazil. One of the key factors contributing to this success is the "Self-Shoes" concept, which offers customers their true dream closet — featuring over 400 styles sorted by size and style across our stores! Discipline, hard work, determination, and passion are attributes of an innovative company driven by challenges! **Styling Assistant (Footwear)** We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and proactive Styling Assistant to support the styling team in creating, developing, and executing collections. This professional will work directly on sample organization, material preparation, process monitoring, and supporting the fashion department’s requests. **Responsibilities:** Assist the styling team in developing collections. Organize samples and sealed items, ensuring easy access and appropriate categorization. Handle receipt, verification, labeling, and storage of product samples. Prepare mood boards, simple technical sheets, and collection-related content. Support communication with suppliers when necessary. Maintain updated spreadsheets and internal controls, as well as collection reports. Ensure order and efficient workflow within the styling area. **Requirements:** Degree in Fashion, Design, or related fields (in progress or completed). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, and/or fashion software).
