Record sales orders, returns, and other transactions in the D365 ERP system. Issue, cancel, return, and discard invoices according to internal procedures. Generate various reports and monitor key performance indicators related to sales operations. Analyze commercial requests and contact responsible departments to resolve pending issues. Track pending orders and complete billing after materials are received into inventory. Manage physical returns of materials, ensuring correct restocking at the Distribution Center. Control shipment of billed and/or consigned material batches. Support third-party inventory management by providing accurate and up-to-date information. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education. Bachelor’s degree currently in progress (preferred). Experience in customer service routines (preferably in healthcare or health insurance sectors). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. ERP system knowledge preferred (D365 preferred).
