Register sales orders, returns, and other transactions in the D365 ERP system. Issue, cancel, return, and discard invoices according to internal procedures. Generate various reports and monitor key performance indicators related to sales operations. Analyze commercial requirements and contact responsible departments to resolve pending issues. Track pending orders and complete billing after materials are received into inventory. Manage physical material returns, ensuring correct restocking at the Distribution Center. Control shipment of batches of billed and/or consigned materials. Support third-party inventory management by providing accurate and up-to-date information. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education. Bachelor’s degree in progress (preferred). Experience in customer service routines (experience in the healthcare or insurance segment is preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. ERP system knowledge preferred (D365 preferred).
