Young Professional – Learning \& Development at BairesDev We are looking for a Learning \& Development Young Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in L\&D within a global tech company, where you'll support the design and coordination of training programs and contribute to building a culture of continuous learning alongside experienced professionals. What You'll Do: * Assist in the coordination and logistics of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives across the organization. * Support the design and development of learning materials, including presentations, guides, and e\-learning content. * Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), keeping content organized and up to date. * Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to support the evaluation and improvement of learning programs. * Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and contribute to the development of targeted learning solutions. * Assist in tracking and reporting L\&D metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives. What We Are Looking For: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field — or currently pursuing one. * Strong interest in training, talent development, or instructional design. * Creative, organized, and comfortable working with digital tools and learning platforms. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Advanced proficiency in English.
