




Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling and managing material inventory at construction sites, from receiving and storage to distribution and report generation, ensuring accuracy and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Physical and systemic inventory control and management of materials. 2. Receiving, inspection, and storage of construction materials. 3. Ensuring safety and compliance of warehouse operations. Control physical and systemic inventory by recording all material receipts and issuances in the management system and conducting periodic inventories to ensure data accuracy, minimize losses, and support procurement planning. Receive materials delivered to the construction site, verify delivery notes against purchase orders, inspect item quantities and visual quality to ensure conformity between requested and actually delivered items. Store received materials by organizing them in predetermined, secure locations, following storage, stacking, and safety standards to preserve product integrity, optimize physical space, and facilitate subsequent location and handling. Distribute tools and materials to work teams according to internal requisitions, selecting requested items and updating the control system accordingly to promptly supply work fronts and ensure continuity of construction operations. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety regulations by using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), providing guidance on proper load handling, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to prevent workplace accidents and ensure safety. Prepare inventory control reports compiling data on consumption, stock levels, and material movements to provide strategic information for construction site management and future procurement planning.
