**Warehouse, Distribution \& Transportation Coordinator** We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to lead logistics operations in an industrial environment, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, people management, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** Lead an operational team of approximately 30 employees, including warehouse, receiving, shipping, and production line supply; Manage receiving, production line supply, and shipping processes; Monitor performance through KPIs, driving continuous improvement actions; Ensure FIFO, traceability, and inventory accuracy; Plan logistics resources to support future demands and new projects; Conduct physical process and ERP audits, using cycle counts as a control tool. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; Advanced English; Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles within Operational Logistics, preferably in the automotive aftermarket/auto parts sector and in multinational companies; Knowledge of WCM (World Class Manufacturing).
