Our commitment is to **safety, innovation, and technical excellence**, always in compliance with applicable standards. **Job Summary** Prospect new customers, serve and manage the customer portfolio, conduct sales, and track orders—ensuring agile and high-quality service aligned with company standards and guidelines. The objective is to efficiently meet customer needs and contribute to the company’s sustainable growth. **Main Responsibilities** * Prospect new customers and conduct sales via phone, email, or WhatsApp. * Serve and manage the customer portfolio, presenting products and keeping customers updated on new offerings. * Receive and analyze requests, verify service capacity, clarify doubts, and negotiate deadlines and terms. * Prepare quotations and commercial proposals, register orders in the system, and forward them for credit approval. * Monitor business opportunities (ONs) and work toward converting them into sales. * Monitor purchase history and identify opportunities for reactivating or expanding business. * Maintain contact with customers holding open quotations, negotiating closure. * Track delivery deadlines with logistics and keep customers informed. * Conduct post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Support the Direct Marketing team in prospecting and tele-qualification activities. * Substitute inside sales representatives during vacation periods. * Support training and onboarding of new commercial team members. * Record and forward customer complaints to Customer Service (SAC) for corrective actions. * Achieve sales targets, analyze performance, and pursue continuous improvement. * Maintain organization of the workstation and ensure proper care of equipment. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in commercial roles. * Preferred: over 1 year of experience in sales or customer service. **Knowledge** * Customer service. * Microsoft Office suite. **Benefits** * Caju Meal Voucher: BRL 35.00 per business day; * Co-payment health insurance plan; * Co-payment health insurance plan, from hire date up to 2 years (monthly premium): 75% paid by employee, 25% by employer + co-payment; * Dental insurance; * Access to Wellhub (gyms and wellness); * Psychological support (2 free sessions + discounts); * Nutritional support (2 free sessions + discounts); * School supplies allowance (for children aged 6–14); * Maternity/Paternity allowance: BRL 1,518.00 (one-time payment per birth); * Partnerships with universities, language schools, and technical courses; * SESC Club; * Life insurance; * Discounts on car rentals;
