**Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise the team responsible for **return** processes, ensuring that record-keeping, verifications, and handling are carried out in accordance with established procedures. * Monitor and validate **toll controls**, ensuring accurate verification of amounts, routes, receipts, and any discrepancies. * Supervise **pallet management**, tracking balances, inventories, reconciliations, and controls with customers, branches, and drivers. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to returns, toll costs, and pallet movement/loss. * Analyze deviations, process failures, and inconsistencies, guiding the team toward corrections and improvements. * Ensure accurate data entry and monitoring within **management systems (TMS/ERP)**. * Act as the interface between the operations team and the **finance, administration, sales, and customer service** departments. * Propose process improvements aimed at **reducing costs, rework, and losses**. * Monitor compliance with internal standards, company policies, and safety requirements. * Support management in preparing **managerial reports** and results presentations. **Job Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred). * Experience in **logistics supervision** within the transportation sector. * Knowledge of return, toll, and asset control (pallets) processes. * Proficiency in **TMS, ERP, and Excel**. * Ability to analyze data and manage performance indicators.
