Maintaining operational standards and customer service We are looking for a dynamic and proactive **Store Supervisor** to lead our team and ensure operational excellence at our Atacarejo unit. If you have experience in high-volume retail management and a results-oriented mindset, we want to meet you! **Key Responsibilities:** * **Team Leadership:** Coordinate and motivate staff (stock clerks, cashiers, and cleaning personnel), ensuring proper workforce scheduling and productivity. * **Inventory Management:** Oversee goods receipt, control shrinkage, and ensure correct restocking of shelves and overhead displays. * **Operational Standards:** Maintain store organization, cleanliness, accurate pricing, and product expiration date compliance (PVPS). * **Customer Focus:** Ensure fast and efficient customer service, resolve conflicts, and assist in closing high-volume sales.
