Description
Activities and Responsibilities:
Provide technical guidance to the team on product handling, sampling, loading, transportation, stacking, and shipping
Supervise unloading, verify weights and invoices
Record counter-samples and conduct DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue)
Monitor equipment and sieve refueling
Control transshipments and railway shipments
Complete reports and bulletins
Input and analyze performance indicators
Develop and review SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Plan and supervise operational changes, addressing non-conformities and risks
Participate in mandatory and technical training sessions
Support other related activities as requested by leadership
Requirements:
Completed high school education (Mandatory)
Bachelor's degree or Technologist degree in Logistics, Mining, Production Management, or Engineering fields (Desirable)
Computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite (basic to intermediate)
Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and procedures
Prior experience in operational activities within mining or logistics sectors
Proactive profile with risk awareness, strong communication skills, and team leadership ability
