The **Procurement Specialist** is responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing procurement processes for materials, products, equipment, and services required for company operations, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and appropriate costs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations, proposal analysis, and negotiations with suppliers. * Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery deadlines. * Develop and maintain supplier relationships, consistently seeking optimal commercial terms. * Research new suppliers and market opportunities. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement procedures. * Support the finance department in the supplier payment process. * Prepare procurement performance reports and key performance indicators. **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields preferred, either in progress or completed). * Experience in procurement and negotiations. * Proficiency in Excel. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and negotiation aptitude. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1.700,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
