Your Responsibilities: * Request price quotations from national and international suppliers, negotiate purchase terms, and equalize received proposals—always aiming for the best price, quality, and delivery timeline. * Research and update the database of national and international suppliers for future procurement needs. * Formalize general purchases with suppliers by issuing and confirming purchase orders after validation by requesters and immediate supervisors. * Monitor executed purchases to ensure timely delivery of services or materials, in accordance with agreed-upon timelines, costs, quantities, and quality standards. * Prepare reports documenting 3Geo’s procurement history for internal and external audits or reference purposes. * Manage carriers by quoting freight rates, analyzing routes and delivery timelines to achieve optimal cost-benefit for each process. * Train and guide new and less experienced team members. What We Are Looking For: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain (Procurement) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
