




Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling maintenance activities; monitoring performance indicators; managing costs; and proposing continuous improvements in an industrial environment. Development of maintenance plans and equipment classification **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, schedule, and control preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; * Monitor maintenance performance indicators (costs, availability, reliability, OEE, among others); * Control maintenance and utility costs (energy, overtime, materials, etc.); * Develop and review preventive, predictive, lubrication, and autonomous maintenance plans and procedures; * Classify equipment by criticality and define maintenance strategies; * Register and manage assets and spare parts in the computerized system; * Prospect and interact with suppliers of industrial equipment and spare parts; * Support supervisors and technical teams in defining resources, deadlines, and materials; * Propose continuous improvements to maintenance processes; * Act in compliance with Safety, Quality, and Food Safety standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree, or completed technical education; * Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics), Maintenance, Administration, Logistics Management, or related fields; * Experience in PCM / Maintenance Planning and Control; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in an industrial environment.
