Here, you’ll face significant challenges, collaborate with a diverse team, and contribute to the future of e-commerce in Brazil — creating a positive impact on the lives of millions of people. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day** * Monitor process control metrics, ensuring their stability and supporting the identification of potential failures and improvement opportunities. * Ensure adherence to operational planning by applying response plans to guide the team and minimize impacts across the logistics chain. * Ensure all deviations identified during the process are properly reported and tracked to prevent recurrence. * Complete and verify operational spreadsheets. * Perform operational control over external SoC activities (queues, internal time, receiving slots, share, inbound volume). Expected Outcomes: * Delivery of operational KPIs such as productivity, output, line balancing, and SoC organization; control of operational metrics; and corrective and preventive actions on daily-identified impacts. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need to Take on This Challenge** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. * Prior experience in people and logistics operations management; * Solid understanding of the operational business model; * Process management using metrics, involving the team and implementing corrective actions; * Knowledge of Kaizen, PDCA, and 5S methodologies is desirable; * Advanced Excel – mandatory; * Locker Studio – mandatory; * Green Belt, Yellow Belt, Quality Tools, SQL, Python, and Java – desirable. **Additional Information** * Medical and dental insurance, extended to dependents; * Partnerships with Gympass and TotalPass; * Flexible meal/food allowance; * Commuter allowance, mobility allowance, or on-site parking; * Flexible benefits; * Zenklub; * Discretionary annual bonus tied to performance.
