Night shift and flexible days off Hotel seeks a Kitchen Assistant professional in Belo Horizonte (North Zone). **Responsibilities:** Support the kitchen team by washing, cutting, and sorting vegetables, legumes, and hot and cold foods; preparing and storing them in refrigerators while following service orders and the head chef's instructions. Support the kitchen team in preparing meals for guests and event clients. Keep kitchen-used products organized on shelves according to kitchen sections to facilitate their use by cooks. Previous experience as Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma completed.
