We are confident that day after day, we are building the future we envision—and this future is embodied in our purpose: **building dreams that transform the world.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain contact with procurement team stakeholders, internal customers, suppliers, freight carriers, and related departments (planning, budgeting, payment management); * Ensure all documents and information required for executing and controlling the control tower process comply with established standards; * Report operational data, support indicator development, and—collaborating with the team—pursue continuous process improvement using the PDCA methodology; * Support standardization of control tower procedures by developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for routine activities; * Identify and execute the elimination of waste in operational processes; * Perform supplier operational performance management activities; * Identify opportunities to simplify or automate tasks; implement opportunities involving basic software applications; and develop strategies to minimize errors in shipping, receiving, auditing, validating documents and information necessary for execution, control, and payment of the procurement control tower process; * Educate and onboard new suppliers on operational requirements to reinforce the highest standards (Contract Kick-off); * Manage supply contracts and influence supplier operational performance management and improvement (on-time delivery and service level); * Continuously improve service level agreement (SLA) performance for construction sites and internal customers through root cause analysis and action plan implementation; * Conduct demand planning and track supplier fulfillment, ensuring accuracy in deliveries/invoicing. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do we expect from you?** * Proactivity, creativity, communication skills, dynamism, and teamwork. **Competencies and Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Basic SAP and/or TMS knowledge; * Understanding of logistics concepts (types of equipment, freight documentation, transportation modes, network design, Incoterms, transportation costs, freight rate tables, cost allocation, volumetric calculations, cargo consolidation); * Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is a plus. **Additional Information** **What will you receive?** * Market-competitive salary; * Flexible meal benefit (meal voucher and/or food voucher); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Commuter allowance; * TotalPass (or similar); * Benefits as stipulated under the applicable collective bargaining agreement. **Work Conditions:** * Work model: On-site * Location: Buritis District * Schedule: Monday to Friday (44 hours per week) More than homes, we aim to build answers.
