




Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring and managing fines, supporting managers, contacting service providers, and controlling equipment via the Benner system. Key Highlights: 1. Fine and violation management and control 2. Support to managers and contact with service providers 3. Equipment control and traceability via system Monitor the fine management platform and identify new violations. Register fines in the intranet after receipt. Support managers in handling violations with employees. Coordinate internal processes for fine payments with the finance department. Maintain contact with service providers. Request mobilization, demobilization, and corrective and preventive maintenance. Receive invoices and record them in the Benner system for payment. Keep the Benner system and equipment database updated with accurate vehicle data. Ensure equipment traceability. Perform registrations and modifications via intranet tickets. Remotely monitor equipment using the Benner system and/or control spreadsheets. Maintain daily contact with operations to control equipment loans to truck drivers. Monitor equipment delivery and return at units or support points. Update controls and report equipment status daily to the operations manager.
