Key Responsibilities: * Responsible for receiving quotations and customer orders via portal and/or email, ensuring compliance with internal procedures * Register customers according to established forms and guidelines * Organize information and maintain effective communication with involved departments, ensuring alignment across sales processes * Monitor quotation responses and order entries, ensuring all processes are correctly recorded in the SAP system * Provide direct support to the Sales Engineering team and area management, contributing to the execution of commercial strategies Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields * Experience in the commercial area—especially within medium- to large-scale mechanical parts and equipment suppliers—is considered a strong advantage * Strong motivation to develop a career in the commercial area, with a focus on technical solutions and customer relationships * Proficiency in digital tools: Familiarity with Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus) * Intermediate/Advanced English is desired * Availability: On-site work during morning and afternoon shifts Founded in 1871, Weir Group is a technology leader in mining, committed to making mineral operations more sustainable, intelligent, and efficient.
