




Job Summary: A professional responsible for freight quotation and negotiation, delivery tracking, and logistics cost control, working collaboratively within a team. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the regularization of third-party documentation **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct freight quotations and negotiations with carriers, affiliated drivers, and independent drivers; * Evaluate and select service providers based on quality, cost, and delivery time criteria; * Issue loading orders and transportation-related documents; * Monitor the execution of contracted freight services to ensure timely and compliant deliveries; * Maintain regular contact with suppliers to guarantee vehicle availability; * Control transportation costs and support logistics performance indicator analysis; * Input freight data, incidents, and supplier performance metrics into management systems; * Support the regularization of third-party documentation (e.g., ANTT, RNTRC, insurance policies, etc.); * Collaborate closely with logistics, billing, and operations departments. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred); * Prior experience in freight procurement or transportation-related routines; * Knowledge of freight rate tables, negotiation practices, and transportation documentation; * Proficiency in logistics management systems and intermediate-level Excel skills; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and agility in decision-making. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with the regional transportation market; * Experience working with affiliated drivers and independent drivers; * Basic understanding of road transportation legislation.
