Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, leveraging and expanding the customer base within this segment. Conduct commercial negotiations, define selling price structures, and ensure operational profitability. Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new markets and customers in MG, aligned with the company’s expansion goals. Train and lead the sales team, fostering a results-oriented and aggressive sales culture.
