




### **JOB DESCRIPTION** \*\*\*\*\*\*ALL OUR POSITIONS ARE OPEN TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND INSS-REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.\*\*\*\*\*\* Ensure proper use and distribution of uniforms and PPEs, personal hygiene, materials, and products, in accordance with established standards, supervisor instructions, and safety regulations; Monitor daily activities by reviewing the Daily Activity Report (RAD), overseeing the application of cleaning and sanitization techniques; Organize workforce distribution, lead the team, define tasks to be performed, and assign staff to respective sectors; Conduct onboarding checklists for new employees according to established routines, clarifying disciplinary rules, work instructions, safety regulations, and sector walkthroughs to ensure proper integration; Verify material supply levels and perform distribution as needed; inspect the Cleaning Materials Warehouse (DML) and functional cleaning carts to ensure employees can carry out their daily duties; Perform cleaning checklists using specific forms to evaluate cleaning and sanitization results, guiding the team when deficiencies are identified, thereby ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards; Monitor team members’ disciplinary conduct, providing guidance and correcting inappropriate behavior, applying appropriate disciplinary measures per the Code of Conduct; Ensure practical application of knowledge acquired during training sessions under the contract, promoting best practices across the team; Complete PPE control records, documenting equipment issued to each employee and obtaining their signature, in compliance with occupational safety guidelines and instructions; Dilute cleaning products correctly, following specifications outlined in procedures, when required; Check expiration dates of sprayers and containers both in storage and after dilution, verifying validity periods per established standards; Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment under the contract, flagging shortages or placing necessary orders, verifying deliveries upon receipt, and organizing storage allocation; Receive and sign attendance certificates from employees, forwarding them to supervisors for absence tracking and appropriate handling of justified absences; Monitor employee attendance and punctuality through payroll and timecard records; Wash utensils used by the previous shift, organizing and storing them in designated locations to ensure continuity of scheduled activities; Read and record information in the Incident Logbook at the start and end of each shift to ensure seamless continuation of contractual activities; Conduct shift handover jointly with the outgoing shift leader, performing sector rounds, noting incidents, recording relevant information, and ensuring smooth operational continuity under the contract; Perform sector rounds to guide assistants in task execution, correct application of cleaning techniques, posture correction, delegation of responsibilities, and monitoring of task performance—evaluating outcomes against established standards; Escort and accompany employees involved in workplace accidents or medical incidents, immediately informing the immediate supervisor, occupational safety personnel, and family members; Dilute chemical cleaning products correctly, adhering to occupational safety recommendations, manufacturer instructions, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and applicable training. Attend judicial or administrative hearings as a company representative (proxy), when requested by the Legal Department. Perform related duties within the scope of one’s competencies, as directed by the immediate supervisor. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Completed Elementary School. PREFERRED: Completed High School. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: 6 months. PREFERRED: 1 year.
