Communication with various operational departments **Purpose of the Role** Provide courteous and prompt service to customers, supporting them with inquiries, complaints, and requests related to cargo transportation. Act as the liaison between customers and operational departments, ensuring excellent service and effective resolution of requests. **This position is open to people with disabilities or individuals rehabilitated by INSS.** **Requirements** **Education:** Completed high school; **Knowledge:** Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, customer service systems, basic knowledge of cargo transportation. **Desirable Qualifications** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Respond to customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, or internal systems (CRM/Helpdesk). * Record and track incidents (delays, damages, losses, discrepancies, etc.). * Proactively monitor priority pickups and deliveries. * Clarify questions regarding deadlines, documentation, tracking, and logistics procedures. * Route requests to responsible departments (dispatch, billing, operations, sales). * Ensure timely responses to customers, keeping them informed about request status. * Update systems with service records and status. * Support analysis of customer service and satisfaction metrics. * Identify process improvements based on recurring issues. * Contribute to maintaining the company’s positive image with customers. **Salaries and Benefits** Salary: Please indicate your salary expectation.
