Responsibilities: * Customer service in person, by phone, and through other channels as needed; * Issuance of invoices, receipts, and bank slips; * Updating and organizing spreadsheets and documents; * General support for daily administrative routines; * Support to other departments as required. Requirements: * Experience in administrative and office tasks; * Basic knowledge of Excel and office tools; * Proactivity, organization, and strong communication skills; * Residence in Belo Horizonte or easy access to the city; * Completed high school education. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience issuing financial documents (invoices, bank slips, receipts); * Familiarity with administrative systems.
