Strict inventory control and traceability Job Description: A professional fully responsible for warehouse and production material flow management, acting as the department owner, with authority to maintain strict inventory control and ensure correct supply and withdrawal for injection, assembly, and packaging areas, thereby guaranteeing production continuity, operational discipline, and traceability. Key Responsibilities: Be directly responsible for the warehouse and production supply, accountable for the availability and control of all materials; Execute and control the supply of components, intermediate products, subassemblies, and auxiliary materials to injection machines, assembly lines, and packaging areas; Perform production withdrawal by collecting surplus, unused materials, returned intermediate products, reprocessed items, and scrap, ensuring proper and documented return to inventory; Firmly control all incoming, outgoing, and movement transactions, prohibiting consumption without requisition, production order, or system registration; Ensure full alignment between physical and system inventory by making accurate entries in the ERP; Control consumption per production order, machine, line, and process, enforcing discipline among user departments; Organize and maintain storage areas, material addressing, identification, and segregation of production and intermediate materials; Monitor minimum stock levels, turnover, and consumption, signaling replenishments and stockout risks; Conduct cycle and general inventories, investigate discrepancies, and be accountable for inventory results; Ensure compliance with safety, quality, 5S, and internal procedures. Expected Profile: Clear ownership mindset toward the department, with operational authority; Ability to enforce rules, control access, and sustain processes; Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and reliable; Strong communication skills with production, assembly, packaging, maintenance, and management teams. Requirements: Completed high school education (a bachelor’s or technical degree in logistics, production, or related fields is desirable); Proven experience in industrial warehousing and production line supply, preferably in plastic injection; two years’ experience preferred. Experience and proficiency in ERP systems for inventory control, movements, and reporting; or intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge (controls, tables, formulas, consumption analysis, and inventories); Solid knowledge of inventory control, inventories, and material traceability. Preferred Qualifications: Experience as the sole person responsible for factory warehouse and supply operations; Familiarity with plastic components, intermediate products, and inter-process flow; Experience working in environments certified under ISO 9001, IATF, or similar standards; Experience with KPIs such as inventory accuracy, standard vs. actual consumption, losses, and stockouts. A bachelor’s or technical degree in logistics, production, or related fields is desirable.
