**Position: Customer Service Internship** **Stipend: R$ 1,400.00** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (6 hours per day)** **Transportation Allowance or Fuel Voucher** **Corporate Mobile Phone** **One-year internship with high chances of permanent employment** **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service and support via phone, email, and other channels; * Registration and follow-up of requests and incidents; * Identification of opportunities to improve customer service processes; * Support and collaboration with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in Administration, Marketing, or related fields, with expected graduation starting from 2026; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactive profile with efficient problem-solving ability; * Basic knowledge of management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. * Must reside near Guarulhos Airport, SP.
