Support to other departments as required Position: Administrative Assistant – Belo Horizonte/MG We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support internal office routines and ensure efficient customer service. Responsibilities: * Customer service in person, by telephone, and through other channels when necessary; * Issuance of invoices, receivables invoices, and bank slips; * Updating and organizing spreadsheets and documents; * General support for daily administrative routines; * Support to other departments as required. Requirements: * Experience in administrative and office activities; * Basic knowledge of Excel and office tools; * Proactivity, organization, and strong communication skills; * Must reside in Belo Horizonte or have easy access; * Completed high school education. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience issuing financial documents (invoices, bank slips, receivables invoices); * Familiarity with administrative systems.
