Job Summary: We are looking for a Requirements and Process Analyst focused on Credit Operations to work with a financial market client, mapping processes, identifying improvements, and detailing requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Map and analyze credit processes, identifying improvements. 2. Act as a bridge between business areas and technology teams. 3. Support the Product Owner and participate in agile ceremonies. We are seeking a Requirements and Process Analyst focused on Credit Operations to join our team dedicated to a financial market client. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map, analyze, and model credit pipeline processes (payroll-deducted, mortgage, auto, and other modalities). * Identify opportunities for improvement, reduction of operational costs, risk mitigation, and increased efficiency. * Detail functional and non-functional requirements for developing technological solutions. * Prepare documents such as **functional specifications**, process flows (AS IS / TO BE), business rules, and acceptance criteria. * Act as a bridge between business areas and technology teams, ensuring clear understanding of needs. * Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and demand prioritization. * Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to stakeholder alignment. * Validate deliverables, conduct functional testing, and monitor implementation of improvements. * Monitor operational indicators and propose continuous adjustments to credit processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory** * Experience in requirements analysis, process analysis, or related functions. * Knowledge of process mapping (BPMN) and modeling tools. * Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements. * Experience working with technology teams and agile methodologies. * Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills. **Desirable** * Prior experience in financial institutions, fintechs, or credit-related areas. * Familiarity with BPMS, process automation (RPA), and system integrations. * Knowledge of rules and regulations related to the credit market. * Basic SQL or data analysis skills for problem investigation. **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, standing side by side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
