Monitoring of real estate market trends Position: Real Estate Development Manager Location: Belo Horizonte Responsibilities: * Collaborate with internal teams and partners to define real estate development projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and project quality. * Work jointly with the New Business unit to analyze economic feasibility studies for projects, contributing to the financial sustainability of developments. * Manage the team responsible for licensing and legalization processes, coordinating the acquisition of approvals and permits from competent authorities, ensuring optimal compliance alternatives, timely execution, and procedural efficiency. Maintain active communication with regulatory bodies and agencies. * Lead the engineering front through management of the Construction Engineer, ensuring compliance with approved designs, physical\-financial schedules, and defined quality standards. Monitor budgets and construction execution, focusing on technical and financial efficiency. * Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project development lifecycle, proposing solutions and course corrections as needed. Monitor real estate market trends to support strategic adaptation and enhance project competitiveness. Requirements: * Experience in overseeing legalization and licensing processes for real estate developments, including interface and negotiation with competent public agencies. * Experience in regularization processes for developments in the land subdivision and/or condominium segments. * Practical experience closely aligned with construction execution, enabling effective coordination of this area. * Proven experience in team management. * Willingness to travel. * Driver's License Category B * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related fields. * Demonstrated experience in leading real estate development projects, including oversight of licensing/legalization processes.
