**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * In-person and digital customer service for clients interested in vehicles; * **90% of sales originate from the system;** * Negotiation with leads generated by the system; * Conducting negotiations and closing sales; * Proactive client prospecting and lead follow-up; * Technical and commercial presentation of vehicles; * Conducting test drives and providing support throughout the entire purchasing process; * Tracking proposals, financing, and documentation; * After-sales service and customer relationship management for retention; * Updating systems and monitoring the sales funnel. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Prior experience in the automotive sector;** * Proficiency with digital platforms, Instagram, and lead management systems; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Strong customer service and negotiation skills. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM **INITIAL COMPENSATION:** * Fixed salary: R$1.788,00 * Transportation/Fuel allowance * Attractive variable commission * Average monthly salary around R$8,000.00 / R$10,000.00 * Weekly bonus * Breakfast provided at the company * **CLT employment contract** **WORK LOCATION** * Barreiro Job type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Pay: R$1,700.00 \- R$8,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
