Key Responsibilities CND Management: Monitor and ensure continuous issuance of Negative Debt Certificates (Federal, State, Municipal, FGTS, and Labor). Identify and resolve pending issues preventing renewal. Credit Recovery: Strategically manage collection from delinquent customers and identify overpayments or tax credits eligible for compensation. FGTS and Labor Charges Management: Supervise the timeliness and accuracy of FGTS deposits, installment plans (if applicable), and interface with Caixa Econômica Federal for CRF purposes. e-CAC and Government Platforms Operations: Full proficiency in the e-CAC portal for managing tax status, installment plans, RFB message consultation, and administrative process tracking.
