Team collaboration to achieve goals About the position: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Store Operator to work in our store. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the best shopping experience for customers while maintaining store organization and smooth operations. Key responsibilities: Providing courteous and efficient customer service; Organizing and restocking products on shelves; Managing inventory and assisting with stocktaking; Operating the cash register, processing sales, and issuing fiscal invoices; Maintaining workplace cleanliness and organization; Assisting with product setup and display; Collaborating with the team to achieve goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Mandatory requirements: Completed elementary education; Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; Availability to work on a rotating 5x1 schedule, including weekends and holidays.
