Follow us on social media (**@tirolezqueijos**) and join the Tirolez family! **\#WeAreTirolez** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the sales process within medium- and large-scale retail chains; * Conduct visits to chain headquarters and stores, inspect product displays and assess needs; * Present business plans and proposals to clients; * Analyze the chain’s income statement (DRE) and implement necessary adjustments; * Access company systems to perform business-related functions; * Maintain daily contact with clients to verify whether agreed deliveries have been made, whether products meet quality standards, whether invoicing matches orders, and whether the business plan is delivering expected results; * Monitor and resolve product return issues; * Track competitors and market trends, analyze customer needs, and jointly develop sales strategies with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Market Intelligence teams; * Monitor contract execution and renewal proposals for retail chains; * Report key opportunities and performance gaps to the **Account Coordinator**. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; certification in sales or marketing is a plus; **Experience:** Proven experience in sales, particularly with medium- and large-scale clients (regional and national), business plan development, Joint Business Planning (JBP), and Scanntech analysis; **Knowledge/Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office; solid knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management; **Additional Information** * Here, you may use your meal allowance however you prefer—split it between Meal Voucher and Food Voucher, or choose just one.
