Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks** Developing automotive interior components and systems, providing third-party technical support to Stellantis while ensuring compliance with engineering, quality, cost, and schedule requirements. **Key Activities:** * Development and detailing of interior components (instrument panels, center consoles, trim, upholstery, doors, etc.) * Interpretation and application of OEM technical requirements (internal standards, specifications, and benchmarks) * 3D modeling and preparation of engineering release drawings * Use of CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, NX Siemens or similar) * Interface with multidisciplinary teams (product engineering, manufacturing, quality, suppliers) * Prototype, validation, and testing support (assembly, ergonomics, finish, durability) * Technical and production feasibility analysis (plastic injection, finishing, assembly, fastening, etc.) * Support in resolving issues during development and post\-launch phases * Engineering change management (change management) and technical documentation * Participation in project meetings and follow\-ups with the OEM **Mandatory Requirements** Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Product Design, Industrial Design, or related fields; Experience in automotive interior development; Basic knowledge of industrial processes (plastic injection, thermoforming, assembly); Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD\&T; Familiarity with automotive standards and quality requirements; English proficiency. **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
