




Job Summary: Supervise teams and processes to ensure workflow continuity, resolve customer issues, manage teams, and analyze indicators to achieve targets. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise the team and processes to ensure workflow continuity (receiving, sorting, shipping, and returns of goods according to operational standards); Engage with customers to resolve issues, align expectations, or improve processes; Manage the team (cooperatives and auxiliary dispatchers); Analyze performance indicators, propose action plans to the coordinator, and assist in their implementation to ensure achievement of client-mandated targets and indicators.
