Excellence, innovation, and dedication to work—combined with a strong commitment to safety and ethics—form the essence and strength of the Concreto Group. **Job Objective:** The Cook A will be responsible for ensuring high-quality preparation of dishes and food items, meeting the restaurant’s established standards for taste, presentation, timing, and safety. **Responsibilities:** Dish preparation and finishing; Quality and ingredient control; Kitchen organization and cleaning; Production planning and support; Safety and good practices; Supervising and guiding kitchen assistants, Cooks B/C, and kitchen helpers; Verifying product quality and expiration dates prior to preparation; Monitoring food waste and portion control; Reporting requirements for ingredient and supply replenishment; Maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic work area. **Requirements:** Previous experience in this role; Experience preparing à la carte dishes; Dish plating and finishing; Food cooking techniques and preparation methods; **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience working in Italian cuisine; however, candidates with expertise in other cuisines are also considered.
