




POSITION: 6x1 \- SCHEDULE: 12:00 PM TO 8:20 PM Prepare food items as assigned and under the supervision of the immediate supervisor, aiming to carry out all stages of the production process. 1\. Pre\-prepare and prepare dishes and/or meats and/or salads and/or special diets; 2\. Organize the workstation with all necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment; 3\. Assemble and replenish food items; 4\. Ensure the final product’s presentation; 5\. Conduct product tastings and approvals (when responsible for the shift); 6\. Ensure food replenishment at the distribution counter; 7\. Collect and label food samples; 8\. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and areas; 9\. Ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards, as well as occupational health and safety requirements, in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual; 10\. Perform related tasks; 11\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply the procedures and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System.
