Opportunity for growth to become a salesperson A high-end optical chain located in the Belvedere neighborhood of Belo Horizonte is seeking a professional to work as a Sales Assistant, supporting sales staff and contributing to the smooth operation of the store in an environment that values quality customer service, organization, and professional development. Responsibilities of this position: Support the sales team in commercial processes, organize inventory, issue invoices, attend to customers, record information, and assist with store administrative routines. This position also offers an opportunity for future development into a sales role. Ideal candidate profile: Completed high school education, prior experience in sales or customer service, and administrative routines. Additionally, convenient access to the Belvedere neighborhood is required. What we offer: Fixed CLT salary of R$1.900,00 + Store sales bonus (initial average earnings between R$2000.00 and R$2500.00), Transportation Allowance, Meal Allowance of R$17/day, Health and Dental Insurance after probation period. Work schedule and model: Monday to Saturday, alternate Sundays + fixed weekday day off. Working hours to be defined within either 10:00 AM–6:00 PM or 12:00 PM–8:00 PM.
