A company in the financial asset management sector is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to work in Belo Horizonte, ensuring accurate processing of financial obligations, organizing payment flows, and supporting the finance department—with a focus on control, accuracy, and deadline compliance. Key Responsibilities Record, verify, and classify invoices, bank slips, and expenses in the system. Execute payment scheduling (suppliers, taxes, services, fixed and variable expenses). Monitor due dates, ensuring all commitments are paid within agreed deadlines. Perform bank reconciliations related to accounts payable. Support cash flow management by submitting payment forecasts to the finance coordination/management team. Review contracts, purchase orders, and supporting documents prior to payment release. Respond to supplier inquiries regarding invoices, deadlines, and payment clearance. Support monthly closing activities (provisions, allocations, reclassifications, and expense reports). Collaborate with accounting and tax departments by providing required information and documents. Suggest process, routine, and internal control improvements for the accounts payable area. Requirements Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Prior experience in finance, specifically in accounts payable. Knowledge of bank reconciliation and cash flow routines. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. ERP system experience is desirable.
