We foster a collaborative workplace that recognizes effort, performance, and initiative. **Position Description** The **Aluminum Profiles Sales Representative** will be responsible for in-person customer service in **Contagem/MG**, identifying customers’ needs and providing appropriate solutions in aluminum profiles and related products. On a day-to-day basis, responsibilities include **prospecting new customers, serving and maintaining the customer portfolio, preparing quotations, negotiating prices and payment terms, and closing sales**, while recording all interactions and required information in internal systems. This role also entails order follow-up, post-sales support, and ensuring courteous, prompt, and satisfaction- and retention-oriented customer service. This is a **full-time, on-site position**, requiring availability to work standard business hours and maintain consistent interaction with internal teams and supporting departments. **Qualifications** * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles—preferably within the **aluminum, window/door fabrication, civil construction, building materials, or related sectors**. * Familiarity with **aluminum profiles and their respective products and applications** is desirable. * Strong communication skills, active listening, and negotiation ability, with emphasis on relationship-building and customer retention. * Organizational capability to record sales data, prepare and track quotations, monitor orders, and meet performance targets and KPIs. * Commercial mindset, proactive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and results orientation. * Willingness to work on-site in **Contagem/MG**, demonstrating professionalism, ethics, and commitment. * **Preferred Qualifications:** Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education in commerce or related fields; basic computer and sales system proficiency; experience with sales targets and commissions; experience in the aluminum profiles segment.
