Key job responsibilities * Review work plans and define productivity requirements for production, aligned with overall operational objectives. * Partner with other Operations Leaders to balance workload, ensuring balanced and efficient shifts while all meet operational goals. * Support all health and safety programs to maintain a safe workplace for all associates. * Proactively identify and lead Lean process and tool improvement initiatives. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree completed. * Experience in project definition, requirements gathering, and process solution design. * Experience in people management. * Availability to work flexible hours/shifts/areas, including weekends and holidays. * Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros). * Basic English proficiency. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related fields. * Experience in operations/start\-up/dynamic environments dealing with ambiguity. * Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences.
