**RESPONSIBILITIES** * Define and leads the organization's social media strategy, establishing objectives, outcome-based goals (OKRs/KPIs), guidelines, and digital positioning aligned with strategic planning and business objectives. * Is accountable for departmental results, systematically tracking performance metrics (reach, engagement, audience growth, conversion rate, and campaign ROI), reporting to executive leadership, and proposing data-driven corrective and optimization actions. * Manages and develops the Social Media team, facilitating feedback processes, performance evaluations, individual development plans (IDPs), and talent identification to foster a high-performing, results-oriented team. * Coordinates and validates content creation, publication, and monitoring across all digital channels, ensuring quality standards, alignment with brand voice, regulatory compliance, and adherence to editorial calendars. * Approves strategies, campaigns, editorial themes, and content prior to publication, analyzing strategic, institutional, reputational, and regulatory implications, and bearing responsibility for decisions regarding the organization’s digital communication. * Manages the department’s budget—including investments in content production, tools, and paid media—ensuring efficient resource allocation and return on investment (ROI) for initiatives. * Leads social media reputation crisis management, making agile and strategic decisions in sensitive situations and coordinating responses with Legal, Compliance, Corporate Communications, and senior leadership. * Serves as the strategic digital communication reference for business units (Creative, CRM, Product, Customer Support, Compliance, and Marketing), participating in management forums and committees and representing the department in interactions with senior leadership. * Prepares and presents managerial and executive social media performance reports to the Executive Board, consolidating analyses, market trends, competitive benchmarking, and data-driven strategic recommendations. * Coordinates relationships with agencies and partners, conducting negotiations, managing contracts, and ensuring deliverables align with strategic objectives and predefined budgetary parameters. * Identifies market trends, platform innovations, and competitor activities, providing strategic recommendations to the Executive Board and leading implementation of new formats, channels, and approaches to expand brand reach and relevance. * Proposes and implements continuous improvements to departmental processes, tools, and workflows—with emphasis on scalability, operational efficiency, and enhanced delivery quality—and is accountable for the department’s maturity level and governance. * Ensures confidentiality of the organization’s strategic, commercial, and institutional information, and performs other duties inherent to the role as required by business priorities and needs. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Public Relations, Social Communication, or related fields. * Proficiency in social media management, monitoring, and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Etus, Mlabs, Hootsuite, or similar). * Experience analyzing metrics and KPIs across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook). * Knowledge of advertising copywriting and content marketing. * Experience managing teams and developing people. * Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies and partnership management. * Basic understanding of SEO, paid traffic, and performance media. * Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio). * Awareness of legislation and compliance requirements applicable to digital communication. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Specialization or MBA in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Strategic Communication, or related fields. * Experience in technology companies, fintechs, or startups.
