Comprehensive training and structured scripts **About the Role** We are looking for an **SDR** to proactively prospect B2B companies, focusing on **telephone calls (cold calling)** and **scheduling qualified meetings** for the external sales team. This professional will be responsible for **top-of-funnel commercial entry**, ensuring volume, quality, and organization of leads, directly contributing to the commercial team’s results. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct active B2B prospecting via telephone (cold calling); * Qualify leads according to defined criteria (profile, needs, and potential); * Schedule qualified meetings for the external sales team; * Update and maintain organized information in the CRM; * Follow scripts, processes, and contact cadences; * Work toward targets for number of calls, effective contacts, and scheduled meetings; * Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize the sales funnel. **Requirements** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile; * Prior experience in B2B sales, SDR, or active telemarketing (preferred); * Basic CRM knowledge or ability to quickly learn. **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience as an SDR or Pre-Sales professional in B2B; * Experience with cold calling; * Familiarity with sales funnels and lead qualification; * Experience with CRM platforms (Kommo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar). **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance: **R$ 700.00** (no payroll deduction); * Transportation Allowance (no payroll deduction); * Bonus for scheduled and qualified meetings; * Comprehensive training and structured scripts; * Genuine opportunity for growth within the commercial area.
