If you enjoy monitoring processes, resolving requests, and ensuring everything proceeds as expected, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities** Monitoring orders and deadlines with internal departments; Conducting post-sale follow\-up with customers to ensure satisfaction; Providing customer support to clarify doubts and handle issues; Acting as liaison between customers and internal departments (production, logistics, sales); Managing the active customer portfolio in post-sales; Supporting resolution of incidents and related matters; Identifying opportunities for customer retention and repeat purchases; Monitoring deliveries and ensuring adherence to deadlines; Supporting the sales team in customer relationship management. **Requirements** Completed high school education (a college degree is preferred); Experience in customer service or post-sales (preferred); Industrial sector experience is desirable; CRM knowledge and WhatsApp-based customer support experience; Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity; Problem-solving ability and demand management capability; Analytical mindset and customer satisfaction focus.
