Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks** * Plan, coordinate, and oversee the construction of physical mock-ups (PMU) according to technical scope, project requirements, and established schedule. * Conduct physical validations related to assembly, accessibility, ergonomics, visual perception, finish quality, and functionality of components and systems. * Identify, analyze, and document technical, dimensional, and aesthetic deviations found in physical mock-ups. * Prepare technical reports containing photographic records, measurements, analyses, and expert opinions, ensuring traceability and historical documentation of performed validations. * Support in-person technical validation events with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and related departments. * Collaborate with external suppliers and partners to ensure quality, technical compliance, and on-time delivery of mock-ups. * Perform complementary digital analyses within the DMU (Digital Mock-Up) environment, ensuring alignment between virtual scenarios and physical validations. * Consolidate the current DMU status into the PMU report, highlighting conformities, discrepancies, and identified impacts. * Propose corrections, improvements, and updates to the digital model based on results obtained from physical validations. * Support project reviews, milestones, and technical gateways by presenting integrated evidence from both PMU and DMU. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Experience in product validation, physical mock-ups, vehicle integration, or component development. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and dimensional tolerances. * Familiarity with CAD/DMU tools and product development environments. * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and technical communication proficiency. * Microsoft Office. * Power BI. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the automotive industry. * Knowledge of ergonomics, packaging, and system integration. * Experience in supplier oversight and prototyping processes. * Technical/Intermediate English. * TcAE/VisMockup. **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
