Join our team! **OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY TECHNICIAN** **Main responsibilities:** * Assess unsafe conditions, identify potential hazards in workplaces, and propose corrective and preventive measures. * Conduct safety inspections in operational and administrative areas of the company. * Develop, implement, and monitor Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) programs. * Schedule and oversee admission, dismissal, and periodic medical examinations via the SOC system. * Manage and keep occupational health and safety information updated in the SOC system. * Deliver onboarding training to promote new employees’ integration into the company’s safety rules and practices. * Plan, deliver, and track mandatory training sessions in accordance with applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs), legal requirements, and internal company procedures. * Develop and conduct Daily Safety Talks (DDS) and seasonal Occupational Health and Safety campaigns. * Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and preventive action plans. * Monitor, guide, and inspect proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE). * Manage PPE inventory, request procurement from the purchasing department when necessary, and appropriately control internal distribution. * Manage the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), including attending meetings, recording minutes, overseeing elections and training, and ensuring compliance with the legal schedule. * Plan, organize, and execute the Internal Week for Accident Prevention (SIPAT), defining timelines, themes, lectures, and awareness activities. * Maintain up-to-date records, legal documentation, and occupational safety indicators. **Key requirements:** * Qualification as an Occupational Safety Technician * Proficiency in labor legislation and Regulatory Standards (NRs) * Risk management and accident prevention * Familiarity with the SOC system * Ability to prepare technical reports and OHS indicators * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite **Benefits:** * Transportation Voucher or fuel allowance * On-site meals * Health Insurance – Unimed * Dental Insurance * Araújo Network Agreement * Life Insurance * Food Basket * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) * TotalPass and telemedicine (MediQuo) Salary: R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Food basket * Partner networks and commercial discounts * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Transportation voucher Workplace: On-site
