The Amazon Logistics Brazil (AMZL) team is seeking a Logistics Operations Analyst to join the EDSP (External Delivery Service Providers) team, which oversees delivery stations operated by partners. This person will serve as the Control Tower, ensuring performance and compliance of these operations. Activities occur seven days per week, including holidays, and analysts follow a 4x3 shift schedule, divided between front and back teams. The work environment is highly collaborative and dynamic, with a mindset of testing and experimenting with new ideas. The selected candidate must quickly adapt to ambiguous and challenging scenarios, delivering results at a rapid pace. Key job responsibilities * Monitor the efficient daily operation of logistics partners, suggest and implement improvements; * Create and track operational metrics with logistics partners; * Analyze data from multiple sources and identify relevant trends to enable fast, business-critical decisions; * Identify practical and simple solutions to complex problems; * Serve as the liaison between internal and external stakeholders, keeping in mind objectives, constraints, compliance, and information privacy; * Deeply investigate root causes of operational issues. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or related fields. * Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros). * Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Availability to travel 25% of the time. * Basic English proficiency. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Advanced English proficiency. * Experience in Logistics and/or Transportation.
