We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to work in our beverage and food distribution operation. This professional will be responsible for supporting the manager of external logistics (deliveries), contributing to the planning, control, and execution of logistics processes—with a focus on operational efficiency, on-time delivery, and service quality at points of sale. **Want to join our team? Take a look below.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist the external logistics manager in managing delivery processes and operational teams; * Perform daily route planning for deliveries using specialized route management software; * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, logistics costs, service level); * Support load planning, delivery time window definition, and route optimization; * Monitor delivery execution, addressing incidents and unforeseen events; * Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of logistics processes; * Interface with Sales, Inventory, and Billing departments; * Support fleet management (owned and third-party) **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics or related fields; * Prior experience in logistics, preferably in distribution, transportation, or external logistics; * Knowledge of logistics KPIs and distribution processes; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (especially Excel). **Desired Competencies** * Organization and analytical ability; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactive, results-oriented profile; * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; * Aptitude for working with operational teams. **Differentiators** * Experience with delivery route planning and route optimization software; * Experience in beverage and/or food distributors; * Experience managing delivery teams. **Additional Information** * CLT employment contract, 44 hours per week * Monday to Friday * Working hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM * On-site work (in Itapecerica da Serra) With the objective of helping its partner customers and suppliers sell more and better, **Continental Bom Dia** is a food and beverage distributor with over **40 years of history**.
