Job Summary: The professional will review menus, prepare and cook food, ensure kitchen hygiene and maintenance, and support the cook and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Food preparation and cooking according to the menu 2. Active participation in kitchen sanitation and organization 3. Support in developing new recipes and customer service Review the daily menu, verifying that required food items are properly sorted for preparation; Assist in and/or prepare main dishes, sauces, side dishes, and salads: pre-preparation for the following day and portioning according to established scheduling; Perform food cooking and deliver prepared items to the distribution counter or storage, in accordance with established meat pre-preparation procedures per menus and technical specifications. Hygiene Manual; Ensure maintenance and proper functioning of equipment; Participate in kitchen, equipment, and utensil sanitation and organization; Monitor daily sample collection for the shift under their responsibility; Taste prepared dishes; Support the cook in developing new recipes; Support customer and restaurant service.
